"I went along to Lisa for a reflexology treatment, as I hadn’t had one before, and was curious as to how it worked. I went along for my treatment, rushing as I was late as usual 😊. When I arrived, Lisa was so lovely. She made me feel calm right from the start, and took me into the treatment room. She explained everything to me, and took details of any ailments I had, so she could work on them as she went along. I found the whole experience very restful, and was amazed when I felt just the slightest discomfort in my foot, which Lisa then told me was my lumbar region - I’ve had lower back pain for many years, which I’d forgotten to tell her about. I came out feeling slightly spaced out - quite a nice feeling actually - and had the best sleep for the next two nights, without getting up once. I came to Lisa for help to ease migraines and neck pain.
