Online Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy from the comfort of your own home

Online hypnotherapy offers a convenient way to access support without the need to travel. Using a video call, we can work together from wherever you feel most comfortable, whether that is your home or another quiet, private space.

Hypnotherapy can help you explore your thoughts, feelings and habits, working towards positive changes that reflect your individual goals. Every person is different, so we can discuss your individual needs and what you hope to achieve before deciding whether hypnotherapy is appropriate for you.

What happens during an online session?

We will meet via video call, allowing us to talk through your needs before beginning the hypnotherapy session. I will guide you through the process, just as I would during an in-person appointment.

All you need is a reliable internet connection, a comfortable place to sit and somewhere quiet where you will not be disturbed. Online sessions offer flexibility and convenience, allowing you to access hypnotherapy wherever you are.

Distance Reiki

Experience the calming benefits of Reiki remotely

Reiki is a gentle therapy that aims to promote relaxation, support emotional wellbeing and encourage a sense of balance. Although Reiki is often associated with hands-on treatment, it can also be offered remotely, allowing you to receive a session in the comfort of your own home.

Distance Reiki is offered with the same care and intention as an in-person session. It provides an opportunity to set aside time for yourself, relax and enjoy a peaceful experience without the need to travel.

What happens during an online Reiki session?

Before your session, we will arrange a convenient time and discuss how the session will work. You can then settle somewhere comfortable and quiet, where you can relax without being disturbed.

You do not need any special equipment. Simply make yourself comfortable, perhaps with a blanket, and allow yourself some time to rest.

Distance Reiki - duration/price

• 60 minutes: £50
